The Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award follows the same tried and tested formula as the Standard. It is flexible and easy to use. The outcome is focused, outlining what you need to achieve, but never prescribing how you must achieve it.

How it works

As a first step try the free health and wellbeing online diagnostic tool – Health and Wellbeing Interactive. The 20 multiple choice questions and only takes ten minutes to complete. The results will give you a clear picture of how well your organisation is currently performing to health and wellbeing good practice.

The tool also features free downloads, templates, case studies and a database packed with good practice tips, including a selection of cost–free ideas. It helps you start working with health and wellbeing good practice or prepare for an assessment.

We follow an interview approach for assessments, consulting with representative groups across your organisation.

You are provided with a detailed assessment report and if required we can offer additional support to help your organisation develop.

On achieving the Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award, you will receive recognition with a certificate, and a special logo to publicise your organisation's achievement.
